ABSTRACT
Coronary heart disease is a narrowing of the internal coronary arteries caused by lesions and atherosclerosis and causes damage to blood vessel walls. Coronary heart patients can be ascertained that there is an increase in SGOT levels in the patient's blood. This is because SGOT can increase levels of myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction is a blockage of blood flow to the heart muscle. This study aims to describe the level of SGOT in coronary heart patients in the Regional General Hospital of Kendari City. This type of research is descriptive with accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 10 people. The examination was carried out using the enzymatic kinetic method. The results of the study were 10 patients with Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT) (SGOT) in coronary heart patients, 3 patients with increased levels and 7 patients with normal results.
