VARIASI KONSENTRASI CUKA DAPUR SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENGGANTI ASAM ASETAT GLASIAL 6% PADA PEMERIKSAAN PROTEINURIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS LEPO-LEPO KOTA KENDARI

Proteinuria yaitu urin manusia terdapat protein yang melebihi nilai normalnya yaitu lebih dari 150 mg/24 jam atau pada anak-anak lebih dari 140 mg/m2. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah yang diikuti oleh peningkatan kadar protein di dalam urin. Wanita hamil dengan preeklampsia juga akan mengalami pembengkakan pada kaki dan tangan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan proteinuria dengan menggunakan metode asam asetat glasial 6% dan asam asetat (cuka dapur) dengan berbagai variasi konsentrasi 5%, 6%, 7%. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 9 sampel urin ibu hamil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Puskesmas Lepo-Lepo Kota Kendari. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh hasil pemeriksaan proteinuria yang sama pada ibu hamil dengan metode asam asetat 6% dan metode asam asetat (cuka dapur).

ABSTRACT
Proteinuria, which is human urine, has a protein that exceeds its normal value of more than 150 mg / 24 hours or in children more than 140 mg / m2. This disease is characterized by increased blood pressure followed by increased levels of protein in the urine. Pregnant women with preeclampsia will also experience swelling of the legs and arms. The study aimed to determine the results of proteinuria examination using the 6% glacial acetic acid method and acetic acid (kitchen vinegar) with various concentrations of 5%, 6%, 7%. The number of samples obtained was 9 urine samples of pregnant women. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Lepo-Lepo Health Center in Kendari City. The results of the research that has been done show that the same results of proteinuria examination in pregnant women with acetic acid 6% and acetic acid (kitchen vinegar) method.
