ABSTRACT
Water is an important requirement for living things, especially for humans, water plays a role in all fields, namely agriculture, industry and fulfillment of household needs, so that the water used must meet standards or requirements in terms of quality and quantity, increasing public demand for efficient refill drinking water and practically offset by the many refill drinking water depot businesses that have sprung up, however, due to the lack of standardization in regulations for water, the quality of refill drinking water is still often debated. So the depot cannot guarantee that the water produced is under the quality of drinking water standards. This study aims to determine the description of urine sediment in the people who consume gallon water in the wowanggu district of Kendari, the type of this research is descriptive with Purposive random sampling technique of 30 urine samples. The examination is carried out by the microscopic method. The results of community urine studies that consume gallon water in wowanggu villages are found, erythrocytes, leukocytes, cell epithelium, calcium oxalate, triple phosphate, and yeast.

ABSTRAK
Air merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi makhluk hidup terutama bagi manusia air berperan dalam segala bidang yaitu pertanian, industri dan pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga, sehingga air yang digunakan harus memenuhi standar ataupun syarat dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas, meningkatnya permintaan masyarakat akan air minum isi ulang yang hemat dan praktis diimbangi dengan banyaknya usaha depot air minum isi ulang yang bermunculan akan tetapi, dikarenakan belum adanya standarisasi dalam peraturan untuk air,maka kualitas air minum isi ulang ini masih sering diperdebatkan. Sehingga depot tidak dapat menjamin bahwa air yang dproduksinya sesuai kualitas standar air minum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sedimen urin pada masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi air galon di kelurahan wowanggu kota Kendari, Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik Purposive random sampling sebanyak 30 sampel urin. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan metode mikroskopis. Hasil penelitian urin masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi air galon di kelurahan wawowanggu ditemukan adanya, eritrosit, leukosit, epitel sel, kalsium oksalat, triple fosfat, dan yeast.
